1. Subscriptions
1.1 First-Time Subscribers
If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, subject to the following:
Refund Amount: The refund will be calculated as the original payment amount minus the value of credits consumed during the subscription period. The per-credit value is determined by dividing your plan's monthly price by its monthly credit allocation.
Upon Refund: Your subscription will be immediately canceled, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, and any remaining unused monthly credits will be revoked.
1.2 After 7 Days
After 7 days from your initial payment, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
1.3 Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged.
2. Credit Top-Ups (One-Time Purchases)
2.1 Within 24 Hours
If you purchased a credit top-up and request a refund within 24 hours:
Unused credits: Full refund is available if no purchased credits have been consumed.
Partially consumed: Refund amount will be proportional to the remaining unused credits (i.e., original price × remaining credits ÷ total credits granted).
2.2 After 24 Hours
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
3. Consumed Resources
AI-generated content (including scripts, images, audio, and videos) requires real computational resources that cannot be recovered. Credits consumed for AI generation tasks are non-refundable. This is reflected in any partial refund calculation.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical failure: A verified technical issue on our end that prevented you from using a paid service entirely, and we were unable to resolve it.
Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
Service not delivered: A purchased feature or service was materially not delivered as described.
To request an exception, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately until the dispute is resolved.
