Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the 61s.ai platform and its AI-powered content generation services (the "Service"), operated by 61S Studio. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, store, or distribute content that:

1.1 Illegal or Harmful Content

• Violates any applicable law or regulation

• Promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, or self-harm

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way

• Constitutes or promotes human trafficking

1.2 Abusive or Hateful Content

• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

• Harasses, bullies, intimidates, or threatens any person

1.3 Sexually Explicit Content

• Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material

• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts

• Our platform implements automated content safety filters on all AI-generated outputs. Content that violates these guidelines will be automatically blocked.

1.4 Deceptive Content

• Creates deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead

• Impersonates real persons without their consent

• Spreads disinformation or deliberately misleading content

• Is designed to manipulate public opinion through deceptive means

1.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties

• Reproduces copyrighted works without authorization

1.6 Dangerous Content

• Provides instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or chemical/biological agents

• Promotes dangerous activities that could cause serious physical harm

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models or underlying technology

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

• Use the Service to develop competing products or services

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

3. AI-Specific Restrictions

Given the AI-powered nature of the Service, the following additional rules apply:

• No Weaponization: Do not use AI-generated content to create tools for surveillance, military applications, or law enforcement without proper authorization.

• No Disinformation at Scale: Do not use the Service to mass-produce misleading news, propaganda, or synthetic media campaigns.

• Transparency: If you distribute AI-generated content publicly, we encourage (and in some jurisdictions, it may be required) that you disclose it was AI-generated.

4. Resource Usage

• Respect fair usage limits associated with your subscription plan.

• Do not engage in activities designed to consume excessive resources or degrade the Service for other users.

• Automated batch processing must be approved in advance.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Warn you about violations

• Restrict features or functionality on your account

• Suspend your access temporarily

• Terminate your account permanently

• Remove content that violates this AUP

• Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities

We may take enforcement action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
